Thank you for taking the time to consider Pi Sigma Epsilon, a National Professional Marketing and Selling Business Fraternity. The Delta Omega chapter was chartered at Illinois State in 1992 and has continued to grow to be one of the largest chapters in the nation. It is with great pride Delta Omega has continued to thrive as a chapter, accomplishing goals both within the university and nationally. The Delta Omega chapter was honored to be voted Top Registered Student Organization (RSO) in spring of 2009 by the Illinois State University Administration. Nationally, we were awarded Top Service Project for 2009 for our annual Giving Tree.

Pi Sigma Epsilon's mission is to develop lifelong sales and marketing skills of its members through real life experiences. PSE has always been a co-ed fraternity and is open to all majors and provides advantages no other organization can. We are very proud to be the only RSO at ISU that is a member of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce. This gives our members the opportunity to meet and network with employers in the area and has led to many internships and job offers.

PSE can offer opportunities in many areas other than Marketing and Selling which provide real world experience through various projects that are planned from start to finish. Members can gain experience in networking, public speaking, interviewing, event planning, advertising, resume writing/critiquing and many other real world problems that are encountered. It is through these experiences we learn things that cannot be learned in the classroom. Upon graduation every student is looking for a job; however, it is how we distinguish ourselves from other educated students. Leadership, project management, problem solving, and team building are all skills that develop through real life experiences. Our accomplishments derive from the way we overcome these obstacles.
